8:00 a.m. PDT: Depart DWR’s West Sacramento Office
Members of the public who are interested in the tour should meet in the DWR parking lot at 3500 Industrial Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
9:10 a.m. PDT: Twitchell Island Site Visit
The Delta ISB will start the site visit at the intersection between W Twitchell Island Road and Twitchell Island Ferry Road in Isleton, CA 95641 (see map).
10:30 a.m. PDT: Sherman Island Site Visit (Time permitting)
The Delta ISB will only visit Sherman Island if time permits. Members of the public who only plan to visit Sherman Island should meet at the intersection between W Twitchell Island Road and Twitchell Island Ferry Road in Isleton, CA 95641 at 10:30 a.m. (see map).

The Delta ISB will take public comments on topics within its jurisdiction that are not on the agenda.
The Delta Stewardship Council was created in legislation to achieve the state mandated coequal goals for the Delta. "'Coequal goals' means the two goals of providing a more reliable water supply for California and protecting, restoring, and enhancing the Delta ecosystem. The coequal goals shall be achieved in a manner that protects and enhances the unique cultural, recreational, natural resource, and agricultural values of the Delta as an evolving place." (CA Water Code §85054)
